Afegir el vinagre i l’aigua i coure-ho tot (temp 100ºC, 15 min, vel.2), sense tapar-ho amb &lt;span class=""&gt;el &lt;/span&gt;cubilet. Per acabar programeu (20sg, vel.turbo)&lt;br /&gt;El resultat és una pasta espessa i homogènia amb fragància de llimona. Es conserva a la nevera durant molt de temps. Sempre en faig un o dos pots petits i els guardo a la nevera, i quan s'acaba en torno a fer. Els ingredients i el  procés són diferents als d'una confitura de maduixes, taronja, etc.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Als iogurts naturals a  més de la confitura de prunes seques els podem afegir també llavors de sèsam torrat. Pelar l'alvocat i triturar-lo,  afegir el mascarpone, el sirop d'arce i emulsionar fins aconseguir una crema homògenia. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Després muntar les copes amb una capa de crema i una capa de galetes picades. Finalment l'he guarnit amb coco ratllat. Llavors els he donat forma i els he pinzellat amb ou batut. Els he enfornat 30 minuts a 50ºC i després uns 15 minuts a 200ºC. Mullem els melindros amb el cafè i anem fent capes de melindros, mascarpone i cacau en pols. Jo n'he fet dues. Servir-ho fred i empolsat amb cacau. El resultat és molt satisfactori. Són unes galetes molt vistoses i molt bones!&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Ingredients: &lt;br /&gt;1 ou&lt;br /&gt;200gr de farina semi-integral&lt;br /&gt;50gr de mantega tova &lt;br /&gt;50gr de sucre moré&lt;br /&gt;1 pessic de sal &lt;br /&gt;2 cullerades de cafè de llevadura &lt;br /&gt;Confitura de maduixa i xocolata per fondre &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Preparació: &lt;br /&gt;Mesclar la mantega amb el sucre (1 min, vel.4), afegir l'ou i programar un minut més, ha de quedar una crema escumosa. &lt;br /&gt;Afegir la farina, la sal i la llevadura (vel.5) fins que quedi una pasta consistent i homogènia. Deixar -la reposar una hora a la nevera. Escalfar el forn a 180ºC. Treure-ho i reservar. Abocar el sucre i triturar-lo fins a fer-lo glacé (10 s, vel. màxima). Afegir la pell de la llimona (6s, vel. màxima). Després la carbassa (10 s, vel. 6)ha de quedar com un puré molt fi, sense cap resta de carbassa. Posar la papallona i afegir els ous (6 min, vel.4)&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Treure la papallona i posar el pessic de sal, la canella i l'oli (10s, vel.4) Finalment incorporar la farina (3s, vel.4). Abocar la mescla dins d'un motlle per fer pastissos (silicona, antiadherent...) i decorar amb les nous i les panses. Les panses s'han de remullar prèviament amb brandi o aigua. Estirar i donar forma o tallar en rondaxes. Coure-les al forn 20 minuts a 180º. Utilitzo molt la farina de blat sarraí per fer creps salades i tenia moltes ganes de provar de fer galetes amb aquesta farina. Afegir la nata muntada i el blanc dels ous a punt de neu, mesclar-ho amb compte. Deixar reposar  la crema a la nevera tres hores com a mínim. Disposar els fruits vermells en copes, jo he posat un fons de maduixes i després la crema. &lt;br /&gt;És molt senzill de fer i el resultat extraordinari. Precalentar el forn a 200ºC i coure la pasta de full durant 10 minuts. Donar-li la volta i coure tres minuts més. &lt;br /&gt;Muntar la nata a la  THM (posar la papallona, 2 min,  vel. 3) Si la nata encara no està al punt just programar uns minuts més. Un minut abans d'acabar afegir el sucre glacé.&lt;br /&gt;Rentar molt bé el recipient de la THM i afegir tots els ingredients de la crema (7min, temp. 90ºC  vel. 1½). Un cop feta deixar-la refredar a la nevera. &lt;br /&gt;Agafar els rectangles de pasta de full i alternar una capa de crema i una capa de pasta de full, una capa de nata i una capa de pasta de full. Decorar amb sucre glacé. Posar al recipient de la THM la llet, el sucre i els ous (1 min, temp.37ºC, vel.2). Afegir la llevadura i la farina(20s, vel.6 + 4 min espiga).&lt;br /&gt;Afegir la mantega i la sal (4 min espiga). &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Deixar llevar la massa una hora com a mínim. Treballar una mica més la massa i fer sis boles grans que es disposaran en forma de flor.
